There’s been some fierce weather brewing in the Cook Straight recently, gallivanting its way across our poor defenceless city and making all us poor Wellingtonians feel a little on the icecled side. Brrr. Here’s a snap of the mayhem passing over the city (pictured here in amongst all the cloud somewhere….) and a little light at the end of the tunnel and it heads it way up the island.
So dramatic and gorgeous!
Wellington weather…is something I find myself missing from time to time, even if in the teeth of a 100km southerly I cannot stop myself from whining a bit.
It’s so dramatic – four seasons in one day. I have a love to hate relationship with it, drives me nuts while here but I definitely miss it too while I’m away!!
